This policy explains how Mohansh Innovations Pvt. Ltd., trading as MI Technologies, handles information collected through this website. It covers the website only. Information handled during a client engagement is governed by the contract for that engagement.

We have written this to describe what the site actually does rather than to cover every eventuality. If something here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.

We collect information in three ways.

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or a job application, we receive what you type into it:

• Contact form: name, email address, and optionally phone, company, service required, budget range, timeline and your project description
• Careers form: name, email address, and optionally phone, role, years of experience, a portfolio link and your message

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs for every request, which include IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and a timestamp. These are generated by the infrastructure rather than by us, and are used for security and diagnosing faults.

Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records page views and interactions with links and buttons. If you decline, or make no choice, no analytics code is loaded at all — not loaded and then disabled, but never loaded.

For clarity, this website does not:

• Create user accounts or store passwords
• Process payments or hold any payment information
• Use advertising or retargeting pixels
• Sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone
• Attempt to identify individual visitors from analytics data

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry or application and to carry on that conversation. That is the purpose it was given for, and we do not repurpose it.

Server logs are used to investigate errors and to identify abuse such as automated submission attempts.

Analytics, where consented, tells us which pages are read and which are not. We use it to decide what to write and what to improve. It is not used to build profiles of individuals.

We will not add you to a marketing list because you submitted an enquiry. If we ever start sending a newsletter, it will require a separate opt-in.

Where you submit a form, we process the information because you asked us to contact you — the processing is necessary to respond to your request.

Where we keep server logs, we do so because operating a website securely requires it, and the information is limited to what the infrastructure produces by default.

Where we use analytics, we do so only because you have given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

This site uses browser local storage to remember your cookie preferences, so you are not asked on every visit. That storage is necessary for the preference to work and holds no personal information.

Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics only after you consent. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

Some parts of this site rely on third-party services. Where they receive information, it is limited to what the service requires to function:

• Our hosting provider, which processes every request in order to serve the site
• Google Analytics, only where you have consented, which receives page view and interaction data
• Our email provider, which transmits enquiry notifications to us

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms. We do not grant them permission to use it for their own purposes.

Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up a thread you return to. Where a conversation clearly ends without an engagement, we delete the record.

Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s standard retention period, which is typically measured in weeks rather than years.

Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting configured in Google Analytics.

If you ask us to delete information we hold about you, we will do so unless we are required to keep it — for example, records relating to a signed contract.

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server, rate-limited, and checked for automated abuse before being acted on. Environment secrets are held outside the codebase and are not exposed to the browser.

We describe these measures because they are what the site actually does. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete information we hold about you
• Stop using your information for a particular purpose

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time from our Cookie Policy page, without needing to contact us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights. We will honour a request of the kinds listed above regardless of which jurisdiction you are in, because it is the reasonable thing to do rather than because we are asserting compliance with a particular statute.

We operate from India, and our hosting and analytics providers operate infrastructure in multiple countries. Information submitted through this site may therefore be processed outside your own country.

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change affects what you have consented to, the cookie banner will ask again rather than assuming your previous answer still applies.
