Remote-first delivery with practical overlap with US business hours, built around how US teams actually like to communicate during a project.
Start Your ProjectUS businesses evaluating an offshore or remote development partner are typically most concerned with communication reliability and timezone overlap — not whether the team is technically capable, but whether working with them day to day will actually be smooth.
We work with US clients on the same model we use everywhere: project-based delivery or a dedicated development team embedded in your own process, repositories and standups.
Delivery model
Remote-first delivery, with the specifics that actually matter for working across this timezone.
Our working hours are IST (India Standard Time). For US Eastern clients this typically means a genuine overlap window in the US morning / our evening — we structure standups and check-ins to land inside it rather than asking clients to work around us.
English-first communication throughout — proposals, standups, documentation and code review comments. Async updates (written status, recorded demos) fill the gaps outside the overlap window.
Standard international contracting — invoicing in USD is available, and we are straightforward about payment terms during scoping rather than leaving it until a contract is already underway.
Terminology
Different markets use different terms for the same work — this is what we have found translates clearly.
